As the maple leaves start turning in the woods of Western Massachusetts, I am preparing both my vessel and my body for a LOT of driving. I have a self-care routine to protect my back from the effects of many hours of sitting. I'm busy assembling my internet system, which should give me a decent signal in many places, while protecting me from harmful radio and electromagnetic waves. My truck has brand new brakes and a cap to protect my belongings from rain and theft, and I'm doing a lot of sorting and stowing. I'm also ordering a lot of things to be delivered to my next real port of call, Minneapolis. Like my mini chain saw for cutting firewood down to size for my Kimberly stove.
The first of my Letters from Earth will be broadcast this week. What date my work appears on Flashpoints always depends on whether world events preempt me, but we expect it to air tomorrow, September 15.
